BMW Donated Eight N20 Engines to UMP
BMW Malaysia Sdn Bhd (BMW) has donated a total of eight N20 engines worth RM400,000 to UMP. BMW N20 is a turbocharged straight-4 DOHC gasoline piston engine which replaced the N52 and BMW N53 straight-6 engines and has been in production since 2011 until present; the N20 engine is currently used in BMW 3 series cars. In alignment with UMP’s aim to integrate German’s engineering and technology in its special automotive engineering programme, the engines sponsored will facilitate the training and learning process for the students thus strengthening their skills via exposure to state-of-the-art engines.
